Retail Distribution Services

Pacific Transfer is pleased to be the exclusive consolidation and distribution agent for major retailers and local companies in Hawaii. Some of our clients include Target Corporation, Longs/CVS, and Walgreens. Operating from our 35,000 square foot Waipio-Gentry facility, Pacific Transfer receives and consolidates all Oahu sourced products for retail and industrial locations throughout the State of Hawaii. Servicing over 100 Oahu-based shippers, Pacific Transfer offers responsive, flexible, and cost-effective neighbor island solutions for the world’s largest retailers.

Receiving Procedures & Cut Offs

For your convenience, Pacific Transfer asks that all requirements for documentation, cut-offs, and the presentation of freight be adhered to.

These procedures have been developed in an effort to facilitate receiving and loading, reduce the amount of time the supplier’s driver or delivery agent must wait to be serviced at Pacific Transfer, and to reduce claims for shortages by CVS/Longs, Target, and Walgreens on the suppliers. We are hopeful that with your help we can continue to improve our procedures and processes.

Book Shipments

When you are ready to book your shipment:

• Download the Bill of Lading form to your computer.

• Fill out the form and save the completed version to your computer. Rename the file to include your name followed by “bol-form.pdf”.
‍
• Create one “Bill of Lading Form” for each delivery location.
Email your completed forms to distribution@pacifictransfer.com. You may attach multiple forms in one email.
