Pacific Transfer’s tradition of customer service excellence lies in its people. Our management team averages 17+ years of experience with the company, and our office staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel average approximately 12 years of service with many serving Pacific Transfer for well over 15 years. This low turnover rate means better service to you.

Pacific Transfer has invested heavily in technologies that enhance our customer service while increasing our operational efficiencies. Customers can take advantage of our web-based tracking and confirmation tools to better manage their Hawaii business and clients.

Additionally, most of our fleet is equipped with mobile dispatching tools allowing our drivers to receive up-to-the-minute scheduling information via wireless technology. These tools can give our customers a competitive advantage in Hawaii’s marketplace.

Longs Drug Stores/CVS

Scope of Service: Since 1978

Provide container drayage to and from the Port of Honolulu to and from 30 Oahu store locations. Provide delivery and pickup service to and from the Honolulu Distribution Center to and from 30 Oahu store locations. Coordinate and manage all traffic and logistics related services directly with Honolulu distribution center. Provide consolidation and distribution services for all of Longs Oahu-based vendors supplying Longs’ statewide retail locations.

Wal-Mart Stores / Sam’s Club

Scope of Service: Since 2003

Provide container drayage to and from the Port of Honolulu to and from all Oahu store locations. Coordinate and manage all intra-state ocean traffic and logistics related services directly with Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club local transportation managers.

Odyssey Logistics (FKA Hawaiian Ocean Transport)

Scope of Service: Since 2009

Provide general container hauling and local pickup, delivery, for major retailers and key client for this international logistics service company.

Pepsi

Scope of Service: Since 2009

Working with our partner Pacific Transportation Lines and working directly with Pepsi Hawaii, we provide container drayage and local trucking services to and from the Port of Honolulu to and from Pepsi’s Aiea bottling plant. Coordinate and manage all traffic and logistics related services directly with Pepsi logistics personnel.

Target Corporation

Scope of Service: Since 2009

Provide consolidation and distribution services for all of Target’s Oahu-based vendors supplying Target’s Neighbor Island locations. Coordinate and manage all over the road and ocean transportation for consolidated loads from Pacific Transfer’s Waipio terminal to Target’s receiving dock. Provide logistical and drayage support for all intra-state LCL and FCL shipments destined for neighbor island Target store locations.

Old Dominion Freight Line

Scope of Service: Since 2012

Pacific Transfer is the exclusive Hawaii agent for ODFL, the 2nd largest national less-than-truckload carrier in the nation. In partnership with our Neighbor Island agency network, we provide general hauling, LTL pickup and delivery, and break-bulk and consolidation services throughout our island state. In addition, Pacific Transfer staffs and manages ODFL’s Hawaii customer service center providing support to ODFL’s local clients and mainland service centers.

The Home Depot

Scope of Service: 2010-2013, Since 2017

Working through our partner, California Multi-Modal, Inc., we provide container drayage to and from the Port of Honolulu to and from all Oahu store locations. Also provide home delivery services for all cabinet and special-order products.

Estes Express

Scope of Service: Since 2018

Pacific Transfer is the exclusive Oahu agent for Estes, the 5th largest national less-than-truckload carrier in the nation. We provide general hauling, LTL pickup and delivery, break-bulk and consolidation services, and home delivery throughout the island of Oahu. In addition, Pacific Transfer staffs and manages Estes’s Hawaii customer service center providing support to Estes’s local clients and mainland service centers.

Goodyear Tire Company

Scope of Service: Since 2018

Provide final mile warehousing and distribution services for the airplane tire division of this major national retailer.
